算的比较快的方法-- 108视作100，最后求出约等于0.4。由于是缩小了9/108，所以应该是大于0.40，所以是0.45.

如果不减少的话，3对应20，那么9应该对应60，但是现在9对应108，所以108-60=48就是减少的部分，用48/108就是ratio=45%
