List T consists of 30 positive decimals, none of which is an integer, and the sum of the 30 decimals is S. The estimated sum of the 30 decimals, E, is defined as follows. Each decimal in T whose tenths digit is even is rounded up to the nearest integer, and each decimal in T whose tenths digit is odd is rounded down to the nearest integer; E is the sum of the resulting integers. If 1/3 of the decimals in T have a tenths digit that is even, which of the following is a possible value of E - S ?

最优情况：
当1/3的十分位为偶数的元素都是0.2xxx，则进位时盈利0.8.
而剩下2/3的元素十分位为0.1xxx,则退位时亏损0.1.
E-S的差值就是0.8*10-0.1*20=6
最差情况：
当1/3的十分位为偶数的元素都是0.8xxx，则进位时盈利0.2
而剩下2/3的元素十分位为0.9xxx,则退位时亏损0.9
E-S的差值就是0.2*10-0.9*20=-16

可以举两个极端情况：（1）1.8和1.9；S=1.8*10+1.9*20=56，E=2*10+1*20=40，则E-S=-16；（2）1.2和1.1；S=1.2*10+1.1*20=34，E=2*10+1*20=40，则E-S=6

10个偶数的取最大全都多了0.8， 10*0.8=8，这时候E比S多8；再考虑奇数，其余20个奇数的不管取多少都只能让E变小，所以E-S不能从8升到10了

答案不是-8到-19吧…… 晔晔那个解析没考虑到题目里不让取整数，所以X不可能比原来将近大1，最多大0.8 （当十分位是0.2的时候）我是这么算的：假设奇数都为0.1，则此时奇数和Eo-So=-2; 假设奇数都为0.9，则此时奇数和Eo-So=-18 假设偶数都为0.2,则此时偶数和Ee-Se=8; 假设偶数都为0.8，则此时偶数和Ee-Se=2 二者结合来看，E和S差距最大的时候应该是奇数取0.9偶数取0.8，此时差距为-16；差距最小的时候奇数都取0.1 偶数都取0.2，此时差距为6 脑子不灵活方法比较笨

S有最大和最小： ①最小： 10个偶数十分位的数全是0.2， 20个奇数十分位的数全是0.1 S最小等于(1/3*0.2+2/3*0.1)*30=4. ②最大： 10个偶数十分位的数全是0.89~，相当于（0.8+0.09~） 20个奇数十分位的数全是0.99~，相当于（0.9+0.09~) S=（0.8+0.09~）*10+（0.9+0.09~）*20=26+(0.9~)*3=26+(0.9~)*3 所以 10-4<=E-S<=-16-(0.9~)*3。故答案是1和2。

30个小数，和为S，估算和为E，求E-S的可能值小数点后第一位是双数，向上取整（比如1.2-2）估算值比原值大小数点后第一位是单数，向下取整（比如2.1-2）估算值比原值小 10双，20单最优：1*10-0.1*20=8（偶数0.00001,奇数0.100000）最差：0.1*10-1*20=-19（偶数0.89999999，奇数0.999999999）范围（-19,8）

感觉这个解释有问题，最大应该是：0.8*10-0.1*20=6 最小是：0.2*10-0.9*20=-16

十分位上最大的偶数是8，最小的偶数是2 ，最大的奇数是9 ，最下的奇数是1 。偶数是往上取整，数值变大，奇数往下取整，数值变小。题干最终考察，30个数字取整之后变大变小的范围。
