B，主语变，逻辑变，with which修饰问题,以及代词it指代。
C，And having无平行对象，排除。
D，主语变，逻辑变，且thus no longer having变成一个状语，修饰就近句子，逻辑意思改变，改变原句的I个并列逻辑，排除。
E，正确。It指代company,并列后主语一致，省略主语it。

hope that后面的宾语从句应该是完整句子，by increasing 是it做的，要以it为主语

hopes that后面的宾语从句中，by doing...+句子，要求主句主语立马给出；that多余，主句主语是it；通过increase funds,它存了足够多的钱。A错误本质就是宾语从句中缺乏主语。

no longer不再 reserve储备，储量 aside留，存，在一边短语放在句首做修饰的，要求逻辑主语立马给出，这里的逻辑主语是company（it），不是enough

句意：LC公司希望提高自己的环境资金储备到1.2b，它已经预留了足够的资金来支付环境索赔问题并且将不再需要用自己的收益和资金来每年一点点支付这些索赔。 A：that it ... clams, 为修饰，所以and之前没有谓语，run-on，错误。 B：前面是by increasing its ..., enough has been set ...，逻辑主语不匹配！应该是it (company)才对！因为只有company才能increase its fund reserve。 C：for payment名词不如动词原型好。并且and前后一个是句子，一个是分词结构，不平行。 D：错误同B。 E：正确。

B项的which不能修饰set aside，which只能修饰名词。no longer have to use its profits and capital to pay those claims bit by bit, year by year应该用将来时
