正常按逻辑来说，尝试，混合的衣服所需的cotton和wool肯定是少于纯cotton和wool的衣服的，所以问at least要忽略掉combination的情况，因为你只要加上肯定是件数对于纯的件数的。

题目说“at least 1, 000 jackets”，根本就没具体要求哪种jacket.所以，只要满足衣服总量大于1000即可，不需要考虑combination

我也想问为什么不用给出combination的条件？比如夸张一点combination一件要用300wool和200cotton，那全都做combination不是只能做10件吗？那不就到不了at least1000了？
