关于doing还是do的争议 把rather than作连词要并列两个同等成分的东西，但主句的recognize是原形，所以前面的ignore是原型 eg：rather than peeing，having a poo is more enjoyable.

Rather后面的动词形式跟着主句动词形式走，主句动词是原形，rather than放句首后跟的动词也就是原形。Seem about to=be about to rather than可以分开,意为“宁可”、“与其……倒不如”.此时rather than+ do sth

rather than 后面可以加noun或者verb；instead of的of是介词，所以介词的宾语必须是名词，instead of+noun A rather than+noun/verb,正确 B rather than+noun/verb,错误。且is about to意思为即将；刚要；正打算，意思改变了 C being awkward 错误 D instead of+noun 错误 E in place of +noun

E还有一个明显错误是代词错误，划线后面部分出现了很多次its，代词必须有指代对象，E把company变成company’s，变成了adj. 形容词，所以its没有指代对象了。
