主要是AD之间的差别 D injured作为了过去分词，应该作被动，be injured

我也错选了D，在A和D之间显著的差别应该是because后面的时态，A是明显的过去完成时，因为有一个明确的时间点1783，并且在这个时间点之前受伤太重无法医治，所以导致了be discharged。那么A的整个划线部分就变成了并列结构，joined and be injured and be discharged

错选D，认为injuried应该是前面的伴随，在这一段时间里，受伤了三次。 但是ed的修饰的时候应该紧跟前面的一个名词，以免产生歧义？ 另外，joined是先发生的，was injuried是后发生的，不应该伴随表示同时发生？
