Maize有Niacin这种维他命物质，但是不能被身体吸收 P病是因为Niacin缺失导致的； 美国的Maize传入北欧后，成了人们的主要膳食，但很多欧洲人得了P病。 但是很多美国人也是主要吃maize，但人都不知道P病是啥？ 补充逻辑，○1美国人哪个东东导致niacin又充足了，niacin充足，就不会有P病。○2要么欧洲人因为地域？气候？导致niacin进一步缺失？ A maize高产是在欧洲欢迎的原因，错。现在要解释的，两个地方一样的maize为啥一个有P病，一个没有P病 B 美国的Maize有更多的niacin，错；第一句话就说了niacin无法被人体吸收，再多也没用。应该是两个地方都吃maize的人，按理说都要得P病，没有解释为啥结果不一样 C 美国人的烹饪方法让maize里面的niacin变得有用了，解释了为啥在美国以maize为主食，没有niacin缺失。 即就是说，欧洲人得烹饪方法不对，maize里面的niacin没给他发挥出来，所以吃再多maize，里面的niacin不被吸收，相当于没吃，niacin最后还是缺失，所以就会得P病 D 欧洲人吃maize，还吃其他含niacin丰富的食物，逻辑反了，如果这样的话，欧洲人就不会有P病，原文说的有P病 E 在发现niacin和P病有关前，普遍认为这个病可以人传人。 无关选型。逻辑认为是：解释美国和欧洲都是maize，但是欧洲人有P病，美国人没有。

Maize里面包含niacin，但不能主动吸收；缺乏niacin才会得P病，欧洲人得了而美洲人没得 gap：欧洲人与美洲人吃的别的食物中有不同，导致吸收niacin的程度不同

A，跟其他谷类无关 B，即使包含更多niacin,但是不被人体吸收的话，还是会得病的,不对 C，传统方式可将不能吸收的vitamin niacin转化成可以被吸收的，所以在美国，没有得病。 但是欧洲，人们吃maize,但没有进食其他很 vitamin 的，就会得病。正确 D，无关 E，不知晓
