原文支持的是reluctant to recommend the use of mosquito nets。即到底为什么不用网？并没有提供因为有其他东西，所以不用网的信息。 这里解决paradox的思路是：A不好，C解决A，但是为什么不用C？ 我想到两种办法可以解决：1. A本身是好的，并不是不好。2.C不好，不能有效解决A。 但是b为啥错。。。

BC我觉得是与原文不符，而不是无关。Other than是除了的意思，所以是除了M不能传，能传染其他病，net不能透过其他(能保护)，除了M能透过（不能保护）。
