有个疑问啊，为啥75个房子是这个社区的总数呢，按照题意理解，of the 75 houses in a certain community，应该指的是75个房子只是这个社区所有房子的一部分，这个community的总房数不清楚，应该选E啊

社区的房子包括 1、有P有S 2、无P无S 3、有P无S 4、无P有S 条件一只知道1、3，但不知道2、4，所以求不出1+4 条件2知道1=2 设m=有p有s=无p无s 所以75=m+m+48-m+s-m

仅看本题（2）吧 用字母简化楼上的思路 48=P+PS 75=P+PS+ps+S 求S+PS=？ 又已知PS=ps S+PS=S+ps → 75-48=27

75个房子，有48个有patio，问多少房子有sp （1）38个房子有patio,但是没有sp (2)p+sp=没有p+sp的房子 （1）38个房子有p,但是没有sp 有泳池的房子 =只有泳池的房子的数量+有泳池和院子房子的数量 =只有泳池的房子的数量+两者都没有的房子的数量 =没有院子的房子的数量 =总数-有院子的房子的数量 =75-48=27
