有两种“局外人”， 一种是30-25=5 另一种是把M摘除干净（30-8）-（12+5）=5 因为不知道这两种局外人是否为同一种，最大可能性就为5+5=10

设既在s又在r committee里面有x个member，什么committee 都不在的有y member 则8+12+5-x+y=30，方程化简成y=x+5 由于x介于0和5之间，因此y介于5和10之间，于是y最大值为10

30=M+S+R-BOTH-ALL+NONE 没有三个都参加的 30=8+12+5-both+none 参加M的不参加SR 把both最大化就是none的最大化 R=5。所以both max=5 得出30-20=10
