我感觉b也没有错，因为减少co2的方法，要么你就是少释放，要么你就是释放了之后能够多吸收。b属于多吸收，而d属于少释放。因为逻辑题没有绝对的对错，只有更好和次好的差别，这里的题干中有一个很明显的提示词significantly，而且提到的一个方法eco-cemnet能够吸收那里也说了一个词large amount of，而d项里面也有一个considerably，但是b就没有，所以选择更优项d。

错选了B 思路：水泥后面是要用去建房子的，吸收了CO2的生态水泥会更加坚固，说明生态水泥可替代传统水泥。忽视了原文目的 to reduce atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide！只有D与co2的量有关。

感觉是二者之间直接增强--证明条件可行性和有效性。说ecocement比conventional cement好因为ecoc可以bla bla bla，D选项又补充ecoc的制作也比conventional c好。故D对，证明了条件可行性及有效性。
