要从inches换到millimetera，1 5/16*25.4=21/6 * 127/5=2667/80=33.3，因为扳手要是整毫米数，而且不能比螺丝窄

漏掉了题目中的一些重要信息，比如进成整数只能往上，不能往下（因为得大于）

求出来33.3，直接等于了33，忘记应该往上进了，写完答案翻到下一题立马意识到这个问题，啊啊啊考试的时候可别这么粗心了啊
