主句是 aircraft manufacturers have tried to build airplanes with frictionless wings，后面的部分语义上很清晰都是在修饰wings，而作为同位语，如果不在逗号后重复写上wings，就会分不清修饰的是airplanes还是wings。而c选项试图写成定语从句，但smooth和perfect无论是单看意思还是看摆放的位置，都混淆了adj和adv，错误。

你没事吧？主句早都说完了，全是修饰，B里的wing能shape？看不到缺了be动词吗？不是同位语？什么时候有过have done做后置定语？那叫having （been） done不能做修饰名词ok？压根什么都不懂就别说好吗？

我的观点是这里有两种句意理解，①流畅的双翼；②流畅地塑形，然鹅完美地塑形已经包含了流畅的成分，所以正确句意应该是流畅且完美塑形的双翼

有一点值得注意，ABC三个选项分别是非限制性定语、同位语和限制性定语，其中同位语能最准确地表达意思，当然可以说同位语也是非限制性定语的一种，但是其前后范畴是绝对一样大的，所以能表达最准确的意思。
