题干分析：
①Tami买了M和W，设他们的数量分别为x和y吧，然后设他们各自的单价是M和W
②Tami总共花了144刀，根据这个可以列出等式为：Mx+Wy=144①
③尼玛又眼瞎，要看清楚是求Mx=？！！！不是求M等于多少！
(1)The price of each metal frame was 60% greater than the price of each wooden frame.
条件一：M=1.6W
1.6W*x+W*y=144，但x、y未知，不充分
(2)Tami purchased twice as many wooden frames as metal frames.
条件二：2y=x
M*2y=W*y=144，M和W未知，不充分
结合条件一和条件二：
1.6W*x+W*y=144
2y=x
也就是Mx=1.6W*2y=3.2W*y
可得：1.6W*2y+W*y=144
4.2*W*y=144
W*y可以求出具体值，那么3.2W*y肯定能求出具体值（ the total pretax price of the metal frames！！），充分。
