应该从语意角度解释更好吧，指代是次要原则； C的意思是：他们有较少受限的水源，核心词是水源；A的意思是：他们的水源较少受限，核心词是“较少受限”。综合前半句这里当然是强调“较少受限”比较合适，这才是他们来这儿的核心原因； 另外，where引导定语从句，先行词需要是地点名词，这是较快的排除法。 代词指代不可轻信，原则上找得到合理的指代对象都不算错
