B有明显的语法错误.如果是begun则是participle，即(was) begun；在这种情况下，为何后面的was completed还要加and?

Construction began更符合英文用法吧。比如The game will begin/start...;但是我觉得此题的主要考点还是在于看清主语和对主语的修饰是不是make sense
