其实C选项也不够好，attract前面应该加个that才能平行，不是直接连到主语Delaware Rive，这是个单数，所以attract复数的形式是错的。但是CDE里也没有别的选择，D的attracting形式错得太离谱，就直接排除了，CE比较，C比E表达更优，所以选C。整体还是通过比对来选择， 如果一味的找and that会把自己绕进去。
