B选项：如果by using 和by programming平行的话，那么动作的发出者都是robots（因为use的动作发出者是robots，机器人自己program自己语义上说不通），就算机器人自己给自己编程，那也应该是programming themselves。所以，无论如何，b都是错误滴。
